Trybe is a global consumer research technology company making high quality research accessible to every brand around the world. We empower small and large enterprise companies worldwide, and their marketers, to gain in-depth insights to better understand their products, and the attitudes and behavior patterns of their customers. We use advanced data analytics to automate the research process, and have a global online community of millions of consumers. This allows us to offer consumer research for a fraction of the cost and at a higher speed than any traditional consumer research firm.
We conduct research continuously in 15 countries worldwide, and have an online community of respondents in 42 other countries globally. That is how we enable brands to conduct research in some of the most unique markets, within the matter of weeks. Our clients include: Coca-Cola, Mars, Nestlé, Stokke, Unilever, Wrigley.
Trybe is a seed-funded Norwegian startup, founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
Head of Global Marketing
• Head of Marketing for global consumer research tech startup based in Oslo, Norway, responsible to build an integrated marketing plan for global expansion and execute on all marketing functions from digital to traditional marketing, including go-to-market for Trybe around the world.
• Rebuild and create a new brand identity for the companies’ overall business, B2B, and B2C.
• Reorganize the marketing department and manage a team of 3 people based in Oslo, Norway, and freelancer in the U.S.
• Reposition the company’s B2B business, by rebranding and launching a new company website, URL, creating content and messaging, and establishing a voice and tone for the brand, within the first 90 days.
• Manage the positioning and messaging of new products, including creating new collateral, case studies and more.
• Implement a new marketing automation tool (Hubspot).
• Launch digital email campaigns, such as monthly newsletters to nurture current clients, and execute in-house webinars to re-engage with contacts.
• Initiate PR and thought leadership campaigns, by using Trybe’s B2C platform to run surveys on consumer behavior, in order to use the data to build white papers, write press releases and pitch press.
• Sponsor and represent the company at conferences, to establish brand recognition, ex. Shoptalk Europe.
